Very hygienic, great for recovery and a very welcoming staff, highly recommend for athletes and people with soreness

This place is a little slice of heaven. I had the most amazing experience! I went on my own and felt instantly welcomed and comfortable. The facility is incredible, and offers everything it claims and more. I was feeling incredibly sore and stressed before my visit and I have left feeling 1000x better. I am already excited to go back!

Walking into the dark room lit up by a soft blue light radiating from the Magnesium pools gives an instance sense of relaxation. Mix that with time in the steam room and sauna makes for an excellent way to recover from a hard week of training. Customer service was exceptional. Highly recommend.

From the second you walk into Haven, you feel so welcomed and relaxed. The attention to detail and aesthetics are incredible.
